Terms of use
By using We Should Talk More you agree to these terms. The app is free to use.
1. The app
The app offers conversation cards for talking with yourself, one other person or a group. The cards are prompts, not advice. Nothing in the app is therapy, counselling or medical advice. If a conversation brings up something serious, please talk to someone qualified.
You choose what you share and with whom. Every card can be skipped.
2. Your account
You need an account only for community features. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU unless a parent consents) to create one. Choose a username that doesn't impersonate anyone or offend others.
3. Cards you share
You keep the rights to cards you write. By sharing a card to the community, you allow us to show it to other users in the app and to store it as long as it is shared. You can remove it at any time; other users who saved it keep their copy on their phone.
Only share cards you wrote yourself or are allowed to share.
4. Community rules
Cards must not:
- insult, harass or target a person or group
- contain sexual content, violence or anything illegal
- share personal data about other people
- advertise, spam or link to other services
The app checks cards for blocked words before they're shared. Anyone can report a card. A card reported by three people is hidden until we review it. We may remove cards and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block an author so you no longer see their cards.
5. No warranty
We provide the app as it is and may change, pause or end features. We're liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we're liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
6. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
7. Changes and law
We'll announce material changes in the app before they apply. German law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the laws of their country. Contact: [email protected].
